Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium-high heat. Add the beef mince, break it up and cook until it’s brown before adding in the marinara sauce and mix well.

1 tbsp Olive oil

500 g Beef mince

1 jar Marinara sauce

Step 2

Meanwhile use a spoon to press down the middle of the garlic bread slices to create a “boat” shape.

8 slices Garlic bread

Step 3

Spoon in 2 tbsp of meat sauce, followed by 1 tbsp of béchamel sauce and a sprinkling of the cheese mixture.

8 tbsp Béchamel sauce

125 g Grated cheddar and mozzarella mix

Step 4

Place in an air fryer and air fry for 7 minutes at 200c, or bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 200c.

Notes

I only used half of the meat sauce and froze the other half so feel free to do the same or just use half the meat and half a jar. OR if you’ve got a large hungry family just double up on the garlic bread, béchamel sauce and cheese. No rules here!
