Coconut Chicken and Spinach Curry

Creamy, cosy and requiring very little effort - exactly how we like our dinners. This Coconut Chicken & Spinach Curry is a proper chuck-it-in-the-slow-cooker-and-forget-about-it job. Tender chicken cooks in a creamy coconut curry sauce, with spinach stirred through at the end for an easy bit of extra veg. Serve it with fluffy rice and naan breads for a fuss-free family dinner that tastes like you’ve made far more effort than you actually have.
